Hearts, lines, and space — that’s the basis of The Connection Series. Emma Hart created The Connection Series in her early 20s when dating was new and confusing to her. What started as a couples pieces in 2018 turned into a collection of almost 200 pieces.
The Connection Series is a minimalist art series that depicts romantic, platonic, and self love through graphics and negative space. Each piece uses they/them pronous and has a prose that goes along with it. Typically, hearts represent people, space represents time, and lines represents paths.
The Connections Series has been featured at The Underground Magazine NYC, HUB Seventeen NYC, Joe Coffee NYC,
and The Joly Tar NJ.
Emma Hart does take commissions for The Connection Series where she works with clients to depict their own unique stories through the lense of The Connection Series.
